Selkhet Lady Selkhet High Priestess and founding member of Phoenix Moon, I've studied Wicca since 1991 (formally; I poked at it with a stick a couple of times before that). I favor astrology and Egyptian and Greek mythology, and also have a fondness for the B.O.T.A. tarot, and an interesting affinity for the god Pan.  I have a degree in psychology and although I'm a typical introvert, I love teaching.  I have a husband, some cats, and a couple of aquariums full of fish.  I'm a Scorpio, but one of the nice ones (usually).  My favorite color is blue.  I drive an Odyssey named Homer and have worked for the Texas government for over 10 years- currently I take calls on the statewide abuse hotline. I live in a home in northwest Austin with a ring of oak trees in the front yard, a sensory deprivation tank within, and a hot tub and swimming pool in the back yard. 
Thor by Marvel Comics Baldr Baldr the Bold has participated in activities of the Unicorn Tradition since 1996.  Currently a second degree Initiate of Phoenix Moon, Baldr feels significant communion with  the Norse Pantheon because of his full-blooded Scandinavian heritage.  Mundanely, he was born in 1957 while the Sun was in Aries, in Moline, Illinois, and grew up as one of the "Children of the Corn" on a small farm in corn, soybean and hog country.  He entered the Air Force as an officer after college graduation (University of Illinois), and spent 9.5 years protecting America from the Communist Horde (TM) (and has the government testimonial to prove it), before being separated for homosexuality.  He was hired by IBM almost immediately, and has been a happy employee of Big Blue ever since.  He lives in the north Austin duplex he bought in 1990, with his two cats, and spends quality time sitting in the power point of the backyard pyramid he built several years ago.  He enjoys performing candle magick for his friends in need, and looks forward to his second Saturn Return, and hopes to live up to the expectations that will come with donning the mantle of Sage. 
Green Man by Oberon Zell GoldenOak GoldenOak began his interest in all things occult starting at and around the age of 12. Feeling that certain spiritual discoveries were leading him down a path that felt very like home, he eventually found Phoenix Moon Grove in 2002. GoldenOak took Pagan Dedication that summer. On March 6th 2004 he achieved his First Degree, and on March 26th 2005 achieved his Second Degree. GoldenOak is currently looking forward to working on his Third Degree. His interests include Tarot, and divination as well as anything that hones the subconscious and develops psychic abilities. GoldenOak also enjoys anything "crafty." By day he is a stylist, aesthetician, and massage therapist. Did you know Marie LaVeaux was a hairdresser?
 Night Eagle Night Eagle has been studying Wicca since 1994. She was a member of the Student Pagan Association at the University of Arkansas in 1997-1998. Her primary practices and studies were solitary until joining Phoenix Moon classes in 2004. Night Eagle has read tarot cards since 1988 and is a Certified Tarot Reader through the Tarot Certification Board of America. She co-founded and lead a paranormal research team from 2001 to 2003, and continues researching the unknown.
 Bastet Bastet's interest in Wicca grew out of spiritual explorations during college, and she studied and practiced in a primarily solitary manner on and off until finding Phoenix Moon Grove in 2008. She suffers from a deep, unquenchable curiosity, with major interest in the tarot, herbalism, candle magic and theories of astral manipulation. She finds Buddhism and Hinduism particularly intriguing, coming to these philosophies through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, and has a special affinity for the Goddess Aphrodite. Originally from Seattle, she now lives in north Austin with her husband and a trio of cats, where she is a writer and sometime artist.
